Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring compassionate and responsible Patient Care Takers for providing home-based patient support services. The staff will assist patients in daily activities, hygiene care, mobility support, medication reminders, and basic monitoring under family or medical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patient in daily living activities
Help in bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Support feeding and medication reminders
Assist in walking and mobility exercises
Change patient position to prevent bed sores
Maintain cleanliness of patient surroundings
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Provide emotional support and companionship
Maintain patient dignity and privacy
Follow instructions given by doctor/nurse/family
Maintain service attendance and reporting
