Job Description
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and generate leads from prospective property buyers.
✅ Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.
✅ Arrange and conduct property site visits for potential clients.
✅ Explain project details, plot specifications, pricing, and investment benefits.
✅ Handle client queries, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
✅ Build strong relationships with customers, developers, and channel partners.
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA/PGDM preferred.
✔️ Experience in Real Estate, B2C Sales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Loan Sales is preferred.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
✔️ Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about sales.
✔️ Must have a two-wheeler for local travel.
✔️ Flexible to work on weekends when required for client meetings and site visits.
