Job Description

  1. Generate and follow up with potential property buyers.
  2. Handle leads received through Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Phone Calls and other sources.
  3. Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, plot size and investment purpose.
  4. Explain property/project details, pricing, location, facilities and investment benefits.
  5. Arrange and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
  6. Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
  7. Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
  8. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and bookings in the CRM.
  9. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  11. Coordinate with the marketing and management team for smooth sales operations.
  12. Stay updated about the company's projects and local real estate market.
