Senior Accountant

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations and support the finance function of our growing healthcare services startup.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, GL, bank and ledger reconciliations.

Own monthly closing and preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS.

Manage revenue accounting and reconciliation of healthcare/service transactions.

Monitor receivables, collections, vendor payments and working capital.

Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and internal stakeholders.

Strengthen financial controls and develop scalable accounting processes/SOPs.

Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning and management reporting.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements

4–7 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance; CA/CMA/ACCA/MBA Finance preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS and financial reporting.

Good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting/ERP systems.

Healthcare/services/startup experience preferred.

Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
