Showroom Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Showroom Manager to take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning of a showroom representing one of India’s leading furniture brands.

The role involves leading the sales team, closely monitoring customer enquiries and follow-ups, driving conversions, and ensuring consistently high standards of customer service. The Showroom Manager will also be responsible for maintaining showroom hygiene and presentation, ensuring proper upkeep of displays and premises, and enforcing strong inventory and operational discipline.

We are looking for someone who can balance sales performance with operational excellence, maintaining a well-run, organised showroom while actively driving team productivity, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of showroom hygiene, cleanliness, presentation and overall upkeep.
• Ensure displays, furniture, samples and customer areas are maintained to a high standard at all times.
• Maintain strict inventory discipline, including stock checks, display stock accountability, movement records and coordination for replenishment.
• Ensure products are properly tagged, positioned and accounted for, with any shortages, damages or discrepancies reported promptly.
• Drive showroom sales by actively monitoring walk-ins, enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
• Set and track sales targets for the team and intervene wherever required to improve closure rates.
• Maintain discipline across daily showroom operations while ensuring a consistently strong customer experience.
• Coordinate with warehouse, billing and delivery teams to ensure commitments made to customers are realistic and fulfilled on time.
