Site Civil Engineer

Goldenbrick Construction Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Site Civil Engineer for its ongoing construction projects in Patna.

You will be our representative at site, reporting directly to the Director. You may be posted at any of our project sites in and around Patna as per requirement.

Your work:

• Concrete cube sampling — marking, curing and sending to lab, and maintaining the cube register

• Checking reinforcement, cover and shuttering before every casting, and signing the pour card

• Recording slump and batching details for every pour

• Maintaining a written record of site observations and defects, with follow-up until closure

• Daily progress report with photographs

• Filing material test certificates

Please note: This is a quality and record-keeping role. Execution and labour remain with the contractor. Your job is to observe, check and report to the Director — not to manage the workforce.

Requirements:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• 1–3 years of site experience on RCC building work (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply)

• You should know how concrete cubes are sampled, marked and cured

• Must be willing to maintain daily written records without exception

• Based in Patna, and willing to work at any project site in the Patna region

Training will be provided on quality documentation. We are looking for discipline and honesty more than years of experience.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Working days: 6 days a week, full-time at site
