Job Title: Telesales Executive – Used Car Loan / Balance TransferJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive responsible for promoting Used Car Loans and Balance Transfer products over phone calls. The candidate will connect with potential customers, explain loan options, and convert leads into successful applications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain used car loan and loan balance transfer products clearly to customers.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations/credit team for smooth loan processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios.
• Handle customer queries regarding loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
• Eligibility Criteria Minimum Graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years experience in telesales, loan sales, or financial products.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, or loan process will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of loan products / used car finance.
• Ability to handle customer objections.
