Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our educational consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for calling students/parents, explaining courses and admission opportunities, handling queries, following up with leads, and assisting students throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to students and parents
• Explain courses, colleges, eligibility, fees and admission procedures
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain lead records
• Handle queries professionally and convert leads into admissions
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Preferred Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, basic computer knowledge and a positive attitude. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
