Job Description
- 1. Job Responsibilities
- Maintain daily sales, purchase and stock records in Excel.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery challans and other documents.
- Handle email, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
- Enter customer and supplier details into the computer.
- Maintain office files and reports.
- Assist in daily office administration.
- Maintain proper stock records of materials.
- Check incoming and outgoing goods.
- Assist in packing, loading and unloading materials.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Verify material quantity before dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery persons and suppliers.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic Hindi and English reading and writing.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp and email.
- Ability to maintain stock and inventory records.
- Honest, punctual and hardworking.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate customer data.
- Update stock records daily.
- Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries.
- Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the store.
