Telesales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented B2B Calling Executive to join our Patna team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound cold calling, lead generation, business partner acquisition, LDP (Loan Distribution Point) onboarding, and franchisee onboarding.

The role involves speaking with prospective entrepreneurs, retailers, shopkeepers, financial service professionals, and business owners to explain our LDP/Franchisee business opportunity and convert qualified leads into active partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound B2B calls to prospective business partners.
• Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
• Explain the LDP / Franchisee Partner business model, benefits, onboarding process, and earning opportunities.
• Identify and qualify potential LDP and franchisee partners.
• Follow up with interested prospects and move them through the onboarding process.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective partners through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule meetings or connect qualified leads with the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, onboarding, and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for successful partner onboarding.
• Maintain a professional relationship with existing and prospective business partners.
• Candidate RequirementsGood Hindi communication skills; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound/cold calls.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or calling software.
• Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.
• Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, B2B sales, inside sales, fintech, banking, insurance, loan sales, or franchise sales will be preferred.
• Candidates should be target-oriented, confident, and comfortable working in a sales environment.
