Sales Officer / Junior Sales Executive – Orient Beverages Limited

Orient Beverages Limited is hiring Sales Officers / Junior Sales Executives to drive market sales across West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand. The role involves field sales, market coverage, customer relationship management and business development across General Trade, HoReCa and the 20-litre segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory and achieve monthly targets
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, HoReCa customers and trade partners
• Make regular market visits to find new business and expand distribution
• Generate leads, onboard customers and follow up to increase market penetration
• Take orders and coordinate with distributors / internal teams for timely fulfilment
• Ensure product visibility, merchandising and availability at assigned outlets
• Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends, and report to the manager
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and visit records in the company’s SFA system
• Use the Breeze SFA app on an Android phone for reporting
• Follow GPS-based daily attendance and field tracking

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage sales
• Lives in or near the applied town / district
• Owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
• Has an Android smartphone for the Breeze SFA app
• Comfortable with daily field visits, GPS attendance and a strict attendance / leave policy
