Job Description

Job SummaryThe Steel Unit Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities in a steel manufacturing unit, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily steel production activities and workforce.
  • Allocate work to operators and ensure proper manpower utilization.
  • Monitor production output, quality, and machine performance.
  • Ensure production meets planned targets and schedules.
  • Inspect raw materials, finished products, and production processes for quality compliance.
  • Ensure employees follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
