Primech Engineering is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with strong knowledge of 2D drafting, 3D modelling, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, sheet metal, and mechanical design. The ideal candidate should be able to create accurate engineering drawings and 3D models while supporting practical and manufacturable design solutions.

• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create detailed 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Develop mechanical components and assemblies based on design requirements.
• Prepare accurate manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
• Work on sheet metal and mould design as required.
• Review designs for functionality, accuracy, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Apply mechanical engineering principles to develop practical design solutions.
• Support design modifications and improvements based on project requirements.
• Prepare and review design documentation and technical drawings.
• Apply DFMEA principles to identify potential design risks and improve product reliability.
• Coordinate with production and other teams to resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure drawings and models meet required quality and engineering standards.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Mechanical Design Engineer with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, 2D drafting, and 3D modelling.
• Good understanding of mechanical drawings, sheet metal, mould design, and CAD processes.
• Ability to understand design requirements and convert them into accurate engineering models and drawings.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and technical skills.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
• 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
• 📈 Salary based on skill and experience
