We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations for our travel business.
Key Responsibilities
Booking-wise accounting & ledger management
Invoice generation (Proforma + Tax Invoice)
Credit note issuance & refund tracking
Client receivable tracking & coordination
Vendor payment management & reconciliation
Airline / BSP / Payment gateway reconciliation
GST & TCS working and coordination with CA
Booking profitability tracking (GP monitoring)
Corporate billing & invoicing
Weekly cashflow reporting
Monthly MIS & financial summary
Commission tracking (Airlines / Hotels / DMC)
