Job Description
- Financial Accounting & ReportingMaintain accurate books of accounts as per accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Record all transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements, cash, and ledger accounts
- 2. Taxation & CompliancePrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
- Handle TDS/TCS calculation, deduction, and timely return filing
- Assist in income tax computation and filing
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- 3. Accounts Payable & ReceivableManage vendor bills, payments, and reconciliation
- Track customer receivables and follow up for outstanding payments
- Prepare ageing reports for debtors and creditors
- 4. Payroll & Expense ManagementProcess monthly payroll and salary statements
- Calculate PF, ESIC, professional tax, and other statutory deductions
- Verify employee expense claims and reimbursements
- 5. Inventory & Cost AccountingMaintain inventory records and stock reconciliation
- Monitor inward and outward movement of goods
- Assist in cost analysis and margin calculation
- 6. Audits & DocumentationAssist internal and statutory audits
- Maintain proper documentation for invoices, vouchers, and returns
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
- 7. MIS & Management SupportPrepare MIS reports for management review
- Support budgeting and financial planning
- Provide financial data for decision-making
- 8. Software & System ManagementWork on accounting software (Tally )
- Ensure accurate data entry and system updates
