About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development / Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with business owners and decision-makers, understanding their business requirements and explaining our digital services such as Website Development, SEO and Digital Marketing.
Freshers who are confident, willing to learn and interested in sales and client communication are welcome to apply.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential business clients.
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers.
- Introduce the company and explain our services.
- Understand the client's business requirements.
- Explain how our Website, SEO and Digital Marketing services can support their business.
- Generate and qualify potential leads.
- Handle basic questions and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Schedule meetings with the sales/consulting team.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Use LinkedIn and other online platforms to identify potential business clients.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate – Freshers can apply.
- 0–1 year experience in telecalling, sales, business development or pre-sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi / Marathi.
- Basic to good English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on phone.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and regular follow-ups.
