Chef De Partie

GoodGrab is hiring 2 experienced CDP / Mid-Level Chefs for our growing healthy-food kitchen operations.

The chef will work under the Senior Chef and will be responsible for daily production, recipe execution, portion control, quality and kitchen operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare salads, rice bowls, sandwiches, wraps, breakfast dishes and healthy meals.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes.
• Prepare sauces, marinades, dressings and basic mise-en-place.
• Handle vegetables, chicken, paneer, eggs, grains and other ingredients correctly.
• Maintain consistent taste and product presentation.
• Handle bulk food production according to daily production requirements.
• Monitor cooking yield and avoid excessive food wastage.
• Maintain FIFO and correct storage of ingredients.
• Check ingredient quality before preparation.
• Support Senior Chef in new recipe trials and menu development.
• Supervise Commis and kitchen helpers during production.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow kitchen SOPs and food-safety standards.
• Assist in inventory checks and daily ingredient requirements.
• Ensure production and packing are completed according to dispatch schedules.
• Candidate Requirements4–5 years of kitchen experience.
• Experience as CDP / DCDP / Commis-I / Senior Commis or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on cooking skills.
• Experience in Continental, Indian, café, QSR or multi-cuisine kitchen preferred.
• Knowledge of sandwiches, wraps, salads, bowls and healthy food will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of portion control and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced central kitchen.
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
