Coffee Making Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages as per standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, temperature, and quality.
• Handle customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
• Manage coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other inventory.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Recommend coffee options to customers based on their preferences.
• Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day café operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
• Experience with espresso machines and grinders.
• Good understanding of coffee beans, blends, and beverage recipes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
