Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly person to manage our store counter and day-to-day store activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and assist customers at the store.
  • Explain products and help customers choose the right products.
  • Handle billing and cash/UPI payments.
  • Maintain proper stock arrangement at the store.
  • Keep the store clean, organized and presentable.
  • Check product availability and inform the team about low-stock items.
  • Receive and arrange incoming stock.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed and labelled.
  • Maintain basic store records and daily sales information.
  • Provide a friendly and professional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of billing and smartphone/computer use.
  • Honest, responsible and punctual.
  • Willingness to learn about Kalyatatva products.
  • Previous retail/store experience is preferred but not mandatory.
