Delivery Associate

Job Title: Delivery Associate (Medical Equipment Delivery)

Job Summary

We are looking for responsible and hardworking Delivery Associates to support the delivery and pickup of medical equipment at customer locations. The role requires safe driving, basic communication skills, and the ability to follow delivery procedures and instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver medical equipment to customer locations.
2. Pick up equipment after rental completion.
3. Ensure equipment is handled safely during transportation.
4. Verify delivery and pickup documentation.
5. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of equipment during transit.
6. Follow company processes and instructions.
7. Coordinate with the operations team regarding deliveries and pickups.
8. Report any damage, missing items, or customer concerns immediately.

Requirements

Mandatory

1. Valid Driving License (MCWG).
2. Basic communication skills.
3. Ability to read and write.
4. Basic understanding of English.
5. Willingness to work a 10-hour shift.
6. Punctual, disciplined, and responsible attitude.

Preferred

1. LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) License.
2. Previous delivery or field-work experience.

Training & Compensation

Training Period

1. 1-month training period.
2. Salary: ₹13,000 per month.
3. Candidate will work under supervision and learn delivery processes.

After Successful Training

1. Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
2. Applicable after successful completion of training and first solo delivery order.

Higher Salary Category

1. Salary: ₹17,000 per month.
2. And successfully meets all role requirements.
3. Applicable if candidate holds both:

• LMV License
• MCWG License
