Factory Supervisor

1 Production - Planning Plan daily production as per order, priority and dispatch schedule

2 Manpower Management - Allocate workers to machines, production lines and different activities

3 Production Monitoring - Monitor production quantity, productivity and target achievement

4 Quality Control - Check dimensions, finish, color, thickness and workmanship as per approved specifications

5 Machine Management - Ensure machines are operated properly and report breakdowns immediately

6 Raw Material Control -Monitor availability and proper usage of aluminum, GI, powder coating material, accessories, etc.

7 Material Wastage Control - Minimize cutting scrap, rejection and production wastage8Drawing / Specification Follow-up Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings, samples and specifications

9 Worker Supervision - Maintain discipline, attendance, work allocation and productivity of workers

10 Safety Management - Ensure PPE, safe working practices and factory safety procedures are followed

11 Maintenance Coordination - Coordinate with maintenance team for machine repair and preventive maintenance

12 Finished Goods - Inspection Inspect completed products before packing and dispatch

13 Packing & Dispatch - Coordination Ensure correct quantity, identification, packing and readiness of material for dispatch

14 Production Records - Maintain daily production, rejection, wastage, manpower and machine records

15 Inventory Coordination - Coordinate with stores regarding raw material and finished goods movement

16 Housekeeping Maintain - cleanliness and proper arrangement of production areas

17 Daily Reporting - Submit daily production report and highlight shortages, delays and problems

18 Target Achievement - Take corrective action when production is behind schedule

19 Coordination - Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales and Dispatch departments

20 Problem Solving - Identify production problems and implement practical corrective actions

21 Cost Control - Control overtime, manpower utilization, material consumption and unnecessary expenses

22 Process Improvement Suggest improvements to increase productivity, quality and efficiency

23 Customer / Project Priority - Give production priority according to committed delivery dates and project requirements

24 Tool & Accessories Control - Ensure proper availability and usage of tools, dies, fixtures and accessories

25 Overall Factory Responsibility - Ensure smooth daily factory operations and timely completion of production targets.
