Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Materials / Construction-related products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
• Promote and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert them into sales.
• Manage existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain regular sales reports and update customer/lead information.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in Building Materials / Construction products.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and customer network.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively for field visits.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Graduate / Diploma qualification preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates with an existing network among builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and construction companies.
