Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify franchise leads through digital, reference, calling, exhibitions and networking.
- Identify potential franchise investors and suitable locations across Maharashtra/India.
- Explain the franchise business model, investment, ROI, commercial terms and brand opportunity.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from Lead → Meeting → Site/Business Discussion → Negotiation → Agreement → Payment → Handover.
- Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with prospective franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition and revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong franchise sales pipeline and regular CRM follow-up.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Design and Project teams for smooth franchise onboarding.
- Ensure timely documentation, agreement signing and payment collection.
- Support franchise partners until store opening and ensure proper handover to the Operations team.
- Develop strong long-term relationships with franchise partners.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.
