Fundraiser

Job Summary

The Fundraiser will be responsible for representing the NGO in the field, engaging with the public face-to-face, explaining our campaigns and projects, and inspiring individuals to support our cause through donations and regular contributions.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with people in public places, corporate offices, residential societies, events, and other designated locations.

Explain the NGO's mission, ongoing campaigns, and social impact projects.

Create awareness about social causes and encourage public participation.

Generate funds by motivating individuals to donate and support NGO initiatives.

Build positive relationships with potential donors and supporters.

Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.

Represent the organization professionally and ethically at all times.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to confidently interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

Passion for social causes and community development.

Positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or fundraising is an advantage but not mandatory.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
