Job Description
Acube Logistics & Infra provides boom lifts, scissor lifts and cranes to project sites across India, with transport and sales divisions. Office: Chinchwad, Pune.
The role
An all-rounder to run HR and admin end to end for our Chinchwad office and our field staff (operators and technicians at sites), reporting to the proprietor.
Responsibilities
- Hiring: shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews
- Joining documents and employee records
- Training material: build and keep the catalogue
- Performance tracking for office and field staff
- Monthly salaries for office and field staff
- PF and ESI compliance
- Employee engagement and office celebrations
- Office administration
Requirements
- 4+ years in HR and admin, with hands-on salary, PF and ESI work
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and English
- Google Sheets or Excel daily
- Preferred: experience in construction or construction equipment
Terms
Full time, in the office. Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm; Sunday off. Office SIM provided. One paid leave a month. Diwali bonus pro rata. Annual salary review.
