Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B customers for steel and alloy products.
• Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Promote company products through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Create and publish marketing posts, product updates, promotional creatives, and short videos.
• Generate leads from industrial areas, manufacturers, machine shops, die makers, and engineering companies.
• Follow up with enquiries, existing customers, and prospective buyers to convert leads into orders.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, customer requirements, and order follow-ups.
• Maintain customer databases, lead records, and daily marketing activity reports.
• Research competitors, identify new market opportunities, and help increase company visibility.
• Visit customers or industrial areas when required for business development.

Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to generate leads and follow up with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Knowledge of Canva or other tools for creating marketing posts is an advantage.
• Experience in B2B marketing, industrial sales, steel, or engineering products will be preferred.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and focus on achieving targets.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
• Incentives based on performance and business generation.
