Presales Executive

Working Location - Pimple Saudagar

Key Roles and Responsibilities(Sales):

1.     Client Relationship Management

 • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

• Act as the primary contact for client communication and support.

2.     Customer Service & Issue Resolution

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain client satisfaction levels.

 • Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and problem resolution.

3.     CRM System Management

• Update and manage customer data accurately within the CRM system.

• Track client interactions, service requests, and follow-up activities.

• Generate reports to identify customer trends and service gaps.

4.     Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on customer engagement metrics.

• Analyze client feedback to suggest process improvements.

• Support the management team with data insights for strategic decisions.

5.     Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication flow.

• Provide customer insights to enhance service quality and business processes.

• Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
