👨‍🔬 Experience: 2–3 Years

🎓 Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any relevant field.

💼 Role Highlights:

* Assist in procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.

* Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements.

* Generate and process purchase orders as per project requirements.

* Coordinate with site teams and Estimation team for material requirements and delivery schedules.

* Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

* Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement databases.

* Verify invoices, delivery challans, and other purchase-related documents.

* Support vendor sourcing and development activities.

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for material replenishment.

* Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

* Maintain proper records and reports for procurement activities.

* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with experience in Real Estate or Construction procurement will be preferred.
• Knowledge of construction materials and local vendor markets is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
