Job Description
1. Involved in inspecting Manufacturing parts for defects like dimensional inconsistencies, bends outside tolerance, scratches, or improper finishing. This might involve using measuring tools, gauges, and visual inspection techniques.
2. Responsible for documenting your inspections and test results. This may include creating reports highlighting any non-conformances and recommendations for corrective actions.
3. Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures. This could involve creating checklists, inspection plans, and participating in supplier quality audits.
4. Conducting inspections and audits of products, services, or processes to ensure they meet the established quality standards, like process audit & DOL audit.
5. Collate and evaluate supplier quality data
6. To monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance
7. Prepare data for supplier Parts Per Million (PPM), supplier problem solving on time, which support to improve supplier vendor ratings
8. Prepare detailed records and documentation related to quality control procedures, inspections, and audits
Education - BE Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical
Basic Knowledge of Vernier & Micrometre, Process Audit, Drawing Reading, Supplier Handling etc
