Real Estate Executive – Job Description
A Real Estate Consultant (CP) helps clients make the right decisions when buying, selling or investing in properties. They understand the client’s requirements, provide suitable property options, explain market trends, and support the client throughout the transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
Identify and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property visits and explain property features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Provide information about property prices, locations, and market trends.
Assist clients with documentation and the overall buying process.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful deals.
Achieve monthly sales or revenue targets.
Maintain records of leadsIn
