Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, marketing activities, and digital channels.

Property Tours & Site Visits: Schedule and host property viewings and open houses, walking clients through site layouts, configurations, and amenities.

Negotiation & Closing: Intermediate pricing discussions between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually agreed terms and close transactions.
