Job Description – Real Estate Plot: Senior Sales Manager
Position: Senior Sales Manager in Plotting
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in plotting only
Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in purchasing residential and commercial plots.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and site visits.
Explain project details, plot sizes, pricing, payment plans, and documentation.
Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Negotiate deals and convert leads into successful bookings.
Follow up with potential customers regularly to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the documentation, marketing, and CRM teams.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate in plot sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
Knowledge of real estate projects, land sales, and property documentation.
Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
Knowledge of local market and surrounding locations will be an advantage.
