Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in enquiries and student counselling
  • Explain IT courses, batches, fees and career opportunities
  • Follow up with enquiries through calls & WhatsApp
  • Convert enquiries into course admissions
  • Handle front desk / reception activities
  • Support day-to-day office administration
  • Maintain enquiry and follow-up records
  • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams

Who can apply?

  • Freshers with good communication skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in Admissions / Inside Sales / Education Sales / Counselling / Customer Handling
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Marathi/Hindi/English communication preferred
