Sales Associate

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our cake shop. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
2. Understand customer requirements for customized cakes and provide suitable suggestions
3. Take and manage cake orders accurately (including design, flavor, and delivery details)
4. Handle billing and maintain basic store records
5. Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing

2. Ability to understand and translate customer ideas into cake requirements
3. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
4. Prior retail or bakery experience is a plus
