Job Description

Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.

Understand clients’ property requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Arrange and conduct property site visits.

Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.

Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update lead records.

Coordinate with builders, owners, and clients throughout the sales process.

Achieve monthly sales targets.
