• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
• Handle customer inquiries from WhatsApp, website, social media, marketplaces, and exhibitions.
• Convert leads into sales through effective follow-up and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, gift stores, interior designers, temples, and corporate clients.
• Promote Minicreature products through social media, exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Manage marketplace sales channels such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Desired SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.

• Passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
