Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Social Management: Creating, tailoring, and managing website postings alongside updates across LinkedIn (corporate branding), Facebook (community engagement), and Instagram (creative/visual brand building).
  • Justdial Inbound Handling: Monitoring incoming marketplace notifications, downloading client lists, and executing immediate response calls to incoming inquiries from Justdial.
  • Lead Profiling & Telecalling: Calling prospective clients to assess their service needs, resolving basic queries, and routing high-intent prospects straight to senior partners.
  • CRM & Database Entry: Logging daily calling outputs, tracking social media messages, and managing clean Google Sheets/Excel funnels for lead closures.
