Store Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Store Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of Goratna Organics & Natural. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store functioning, excellent customer service, proper inventory management, billing, product display, and maintaining overall store standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Store Operations

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Monitor daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Follow Store policies, procedures, and operational standards.

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and identify products that need replenishment.
• Receive and verify incoming stock against invoices.
• Check product quantity, quality, packaging, and expiry dates.
• Maintain proper stock arrangement using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Report damaged, missing, or expired products to management.
• Assist with regular stock counting and inventory audits.

3. Customer Service

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide basic product information.
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a positive and friendly shopping experience.
• Encourage repeat purchases through good customer service.

5. Product Display & Store Presentation

• Ensure products are properly arranged and displayed.
• Maintain attractive shelves and promotional displays.
• Ensure price tags and promotional signage are correct.
• Monitor product availability on shelves and refill when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store.

6. Online & Order Management

Required Skills

• Basic computer and POS/billing knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, punctual, and organized.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10th pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.

Working Conditions

• Candidate should be comfortable standing and moving around the store for extended periods.
• Weekend and festival-day availability may be required depending on business needs.
