Job Description

  • न्यूमॅटिक्स (pneumatics), हार्डवेअर आणि वायरिंगचे ज्ञान असणे अनिवार्य आहे.
  • इन्व्हेंटरी रिक्विझिशन, पर्चेस ऑर्डर रिसिप्ट्स, मटेरियल्स रिसीव्हड रजिस्टर (MRR), स्टोरेज, डिस्पॅच आणि इन्व्हेंटरी कंट्रोल यांचे व्यवस्थापन करणे.
  • येणाऱ्या-जाणाऱ्या साहित्याच्या सर्व नोंदी ठेवणे.
  • ईआरपी (ERP) मध्ये नोंदी करणे, उदा. जीआरएन (GRN), ओपनिंग स्टॉक.
  • एसओपी (Standard Operating Procedure) नुसार स्टोअरची सर्व दैनंदिन कार्ये पार पाडणे.
  • स्टोअरचे सर्व अहवाल मॅन्युअल तसेच ईआरपी सॉफ्टवेअरमध्ये सांभाळणे.
  • स्टोअर स्टॉक रजिस्टर आणि असेट्स स्टॉक रजिस्टर सांभाळणे.
  • सर्व उपभोग्य वस्तूंचा किमान स्टॉक स्तर राखणे.
  • स्टोअरचे वातावरण स्वच्छ आणि सुव्यवस्थित ठेवणे.
  • स्टॉक इश्यूची योग्य पद्धत आणि स्टॉकचे विविध स्तर राखणे.
  • इन्व्हेंटरी तपासणी करणे आणि तफावतींची माहिती व्यवस्थापनाला देणे.
  • सर्व स्टोअर्स, डिस्पॅच आणि पर्चेस कार्यांची संपूर्ण जबाबदारी.
  • साहित्य पॅकेजिंग, लेबलिंग आणि डिस्पॅचिंग इत्यादी हाताळणे.
  • प्रत्येक महिन्याच्या शेवटी व्यवस्थापनाला उपलब्ध स्टॉकचे विवरण देणे.
  • उत्पादन उद्योगात (Manufacturing Industry) काम केलेले असावे.


  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hardware, and wiring is mandatory.
  • Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.
  •  Maintains all records of materials in-out.
  •  Making ERP Entries, ie. GRN, Opening Stock.
  •  Executing all the Day-to-Day stores function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
  •  Maintain all store reports in Manual as well as in ERP Software.
  •  Maintain store stock register & assets stock register.
  •  Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.
  •  Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  •  Maintaining the proper method of stock issues & the various levels of stock.
  • Performing inventory checks and reporting discrepancies to management.
  •  Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions.
  •  Handled Material packaging, labeling & dispatching etc.
  •  Every end of the month gives the available stock statement to the management.
  • Should have worked in Manufacturing Industry.
