Position: Technical Data Entry Operator – Material Lab

Location: Bhosari Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Job ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain technical, testing and laboratory data accurately in computer systems.
• Prepare and update test reports, records, inspection data and documentation.
• Handle data related to material testing and quality inspection.
• Understand basic IS, ISO and ASTM specifications/standards.
• Maintain proper records of test results and technical documents.
• Perform data entry using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Coordinate with laboratory/testing and quality teams for required technical information.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of records.
• Technical Knowledge RequiredBasic knowledge of materials and testing methods.
• Basic understanding of chemistry and the periodic table.
• Knowledge of testing procedures and quality-related documentation.
• Familiarity with IS / ISO / ASTM standards will be an advantage.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• EligibilityQualification: HSC / ITI / Diploma / Graduate
• Candidates with experience in Data Entry, Quality Control, Laboratory or Technical Documentation will be preferred.
• Freshers with good computer and typing skills may also apply.
