Tele Sales Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Officer to join our Sales & Business Development team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining our hair restoration and aesthetic treatment services, and converting qualified leads into consultations and appointments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.
2. Contact leads generated through digital marketing, campaigns, website enquiries, and other sources.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about hair transplant, hair loss, and aesthetic treatments.
4. Explain treatment procedures, benefits, consultation processes, and other relevant service information accurately.
5. Follow up with prospective customers through calls and appropriate communication channels.
6. Convert qualified leads into consultation appointments and walk-ins.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve conversion rates.
8. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and lead status in the CRM/system.
9. Achieve assigned monthly and daily sales/conversion targets.
10. Coordinate with clinic teams and consultants regarding scheduled appointments.
11. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex queries to the concerned team.
12. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the pre-consultation journey.
13. Prepare and share regular updates on lead status, conversions, and follow-up activities.
14. Follow company processes, sales guidelines, and customer communication standards.

Requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline preferred.
2. 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
3. Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, hair restoration, wellness, or a related industry will be an advantage.
4. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
6. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
7. Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
8. Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
9. Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
