First Job Consultancy is looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle B2B telecalling, telesales and telemarketing activities. The candidate will communicate with B2B customers, generate leads, follow up with prospects and support sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have good communication, convincing skills and basic computer knowledge.

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers.
• Handle telecalling, telesales and telemarketing activities.
• Explain products/services and understand customer requirements.
• Generate leads and identify potential B2B business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and interested customers.
• Use convincing skills to support lead conversion and sales.
• Maintain professional communication with B2B customers.
• Use basic computer skills for customer and sales-related activities.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Female candidate with 12th Pass qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic English and computer knowledge.
• Comfortable handling B2B customers through telecalling.
• Experience in telesales/telemarketing will be preferred.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month
• Salary as per skill and experience
• Performance Incentive: ₹10,000+
