Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and increase conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi language.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications :

Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or BPO is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or BPO.
