Job Description

Job Description – Telecalling ExecutiveCompany: Jalsrushti Developers

Location: Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
  • Explain real estate projects, farmhouse plots, and property investment opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, and location preferences.
  • Generate qualified leads and convince potential customers to schedule site visits.
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly.
  • Update customer details, call remarks, and follow-up schedules in the CRM/AppSheet.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.
  • Maintain daily calling records and achieve assigned calling and site visit targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
  • Confidence in speaki
