Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

1) Documentation : Document preparation for dispatch in accounting software or in communication ( Sales Invoice, Delivery Challan, GRN)

2) Dispatch Operations: execution dispatches daily from the warehouse

3) Material & Loading Management: Verifying material matching as per the printed DC/Bill and ensuring accurate stock loading whenever dispatch vehicles arrive.

4) Transport Coordination: Booking and coordinating with Porter/Local transport vehicles for deliveries arranged by the office, as well as coordinating with customer-arranged vehicles.

5) Team Supervision: Collaborating with the in-house supporting colleagues to manage warehouse laborers for fast loading/unloading.

Candidate Requirements (योग्यता):

• Computer Skills: Must have basic computer knowledge (using Tally Software (Basic) , and basic Excel).
• Communication: Good coordination skills over the phone with the Main Office, sales team, and Porter drivers.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or inventory handling is preferred.
