📦 Warehouse Manager – Fire Safety Inventory (Inward/Outward Control + Accountability)

Location: Survoday Residency

Job Type: Full‑time

Experience Required: 2–5 years in warehouse/inventory management

Job Summary. We are hiring a responsible and highly organised Warehouse Manager to manage the complete inventory cycle for fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and other fire‑safety materials. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock control, safe storage, timely dispatch, and strict accountability of all inward/outward movement.

• Key Responsibilities
• Maintain full control over inward & outward stock movement
• Prepare and manage Delivery Challans (DCs), GRNs, and Purchase Invoices
• Ensure accurate stock records, daily updates, and zero discrepancies
• Oversee material safety, prevent theft, pilferage, or damage
• Coordinate dispatches, vendor receipts, and delivery timelines
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment
• Conduct periodic stock audits, reconciliation, and reporting
• Handle fire‑safety inventory with care and technical understanding
• Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and segregation of materials
• Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in warehouse management or inventory control
• Strong understanding of DCs, invoices, and documentation
• High integrity and accountability
• Ability to safeguard stock from theft, misuse, or operational risks
• Experience with fire‑safety equipment is an added advantage
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, email)
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse operations
