Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • System & Console Monitoring: Observe system dashboards, logs, and consoles for performance issues, warnings, or hardware failures.
  • Data Entry & Management: Input, update, and organize records in spreadsheets (such as MS Excel) and internal databases.
  • Document & Report Preparation: Format, edit, and print official letters, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations (using MS Word and PowerPoint).
  • Batch Jobs & Backups: Run, schedule, and monitor routine batch processes and perform regular digital data backups to prevent loss.
  • Peripherals & Office Support: Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and physical/digital filing of paperwork.
  • Basic Troubleshooting: Resolve minor hardware, software, or printer issues, and escalate complex technical failures to IT support.
  • User & Staff Assistance: Answer basic user queries, log incidents, and coordinate with administrative or engineering teams. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
