Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Branch Head / Branch Manager for our Ponnani, Kerala location.

Experience: 6–10 Years

Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹8 LPA

Industry: Equity Broking / Wealth Management / Financial Services

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall branch business and day-to-day operations.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and branch profitability.
  • Handle and develop relationships with HNI and Corporate clients.
  • Promote and drive business across Equity Broking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve monthly and weekly targets.
  • Monitor brokerage, trading volumes, client registrations, revenue per employee, and overall branch performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Organize investor meets and customer engagement activities to increase the client base.
  • Support staff training in products, communication, operations, risk management, and compliance.
  • Handle customer grievances and monitor operational activities.
  • Manage trade-related and operational risks.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and branch discipline.
  • Report branch activities and performance to senior/regional management.
  • Candidate Requirements6–10 years of relevant experience in Equity Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
  • Strong experience in Equity Broking and Distribution Products.
  • Good knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, and PMS.
  • Previous experience in Branch Management / Team Handling.
  • Proven experience in customer acquisition and business development.
  • Experience handling HNI and Corporate clients.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Good understanding of branch operations, risk management, and compliance.
  • Willing to work from Ponnani, Kerala.
