Logistics Executive

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate export dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment of goods.

Prepare and verify export-related documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and shipping documents.

Knowledge of transport billing, E-Way Bill generation, and freight invoice verification.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, CHA, and internal departments.

Monitor shipment schedules, container loading, and delivery status.

Ensure proper packing, labelling, quantity verification, and documentation before dispatch.

Maintain export dispatch records, shipment trackers, and daily reports.

Coordinate with the warehouse, production, sales, and accounts teams for shipment planning.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and export documentation requirements.

Track pending shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues promptly.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of export dispatch and logistics operations.

Experience in export documentation and shipment coordination.

Proficiency in SAP & MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Knowledge of transport billing, E-Way Bill generation, and freight invoice verification.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
