Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Enter daily production data into the SAP system accurately and on time.
Maintain production reports, material consumption records, and finished goods entries.
Update production orders, goods receipt, goods issue, and stock movement transactions in SAP.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality Control, and Warehouse teams.
Verify production quantities, material usage, and inventory records.
Maintain shift-wise production reports, rejection reports, and wastage details.
Prepare daily MIS reports and Excel-based production summaries.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned departments for corrections.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of production reports.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in SAP (mandatory).
Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
Understanding of production processes and inventory transactions.
Good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
